Stability Ball Trainer - Book and Ball Included

This class is open only to those who are already certified as a Personal Trainer or a licensed medical professional. In order to qualify for this certification, the student must meet all course objectives, which include live demonstration of 10 different exercises using the stability ball, as well as successfully passing the 25 question exam.

This course is ONLY offered through ISFTA Certified Stability Ball Trainer Instructors. When you register for this class, the training manual will be shipped to you, along with other information needed to complete the course. You will then meet with the instructor to complete the training. Upon completion of the exam, the instructor will send your answer key to the corporate office for grading, along with the endorsement that you have successfully passed the practical demonstration portion of the course.
