Pre/PostNatal Fitness Specialist

This course is designed for trainers who wish to work with women who ae expecting, or have recently delivered a baby. It covers all safety precautions, contraindications, and program design. Trainers with this certification are in demand as mother-to-be and new mothers are taking better care of themselves. Course comes with a book and 75 question exam. A passing score of 90% is required for certification.
