Exercise Physiology Specialist

The Exercise Physiology Specialist home study course is for those who are already certified as an ISFTA Advanced Personal Trainer and wish to increase their knowledge of exercise physiology. Along with the 1184 page text, there is a 150 question exam. Upon completion of the exam, it is mailed to us for grading. A passing score of 90% is required to receive the certification from ISFTA as an Exercise Physiology Specialist. This class counts for 12 contact hours of continuing education toward the ISFTA Certified Personal Trainer renewal. Certificate awarded upon successful completion of all requirements. Prerequisite: ISFTA Certified Personal Trainer.
